Activating Protect, either through the app or by using your customized Siri safety prompt, triggers instant notifications to your loved ones utilizing Critical Alerts. These alerts supersede the phone's default settings, ensuring prompt involvement in your protect session.

All video, audio, and essential user data are promptly recorded onto your device's memory and securely backed up in the cloud for future reference. Trusted contacts can actively engage via live video and text when you require support the most.

In case of escalating situations, a direct "911" safety trigger is available at your fingertips. Protect establishes a direct connection with 911 dispatch centers nearest to you, significantly expediting emergency response. Crucial data and images are promptly shared with 911 dispatchers and first responders. Instant photos from the live scene can be captured manually by any participant within a Protect session. Furthermore, AI and scene tagging enhance the information and visuals shared with 911, leading to quicker response times. It's important to note that the 911 and Emergency services connection is currently limited to the US.

Your trusted contacts have the capability to dispatch 911 on your behalf from anywhere in the world. They are seamlessly connected with the 911 center closest to your location, ensuring precise and swift emergency assistance that can potentially save lives.

Protect allows you and your guardians to share real-time location updates, provide live video status reports on your situation, and ensure timely support reaches you when needed the most.

Additionally, Protect is compatible with Apple Watch, ensuring continuous functionality even when your phone is out of reach.
